2. Intellectual Property & AI Protection
All original content—including texts, graphics, logos, and specifically our original photography and editorial reviews—is the exclusive property of Fresh Group I.K.E. and is protected by international copyright laws.
Prohibition of Scraping & AI Training: The use of automated systems, bots, or software to extract data (Data Scraping, Web Crawling) for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to the training of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, LLMs, or machine learning algorithms, is strictly prohibited without explicit, written authorization from the CEO of Fresh Group I.K.E.
3. Rovers & Content Creators
When you join as a Rover and share your content (images, texts, reviews):
- You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Freshrove a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, promote, edit, and share it within our ecosystem.
- You warrant that you own the rights to any material you upload and that it does not infringe on third-party copyrights.
- Freshrove reserves the right to remove any content that does not align with our aesthetic, ethical, or quality standards without prior notice.
4. Business Listings & Brands
Businesses that choose to "Elevate their Brand" on Freshrove are solely responsible for the accuracy of their provided information (operating hours, locations, pricing, and services). Freshrove acts strictly as a curated discovery directory and holds no liability for any service disputes, financial transactions, or disagreements between a business and a customer.
5. Field Risks & Location Disclaimer
Freshrove provides information regarding outdoor locations, trails, experiences, and natural landmarks for inspirational purposes only.
Assumption of Risk: Visiting remote locations, trails, or waterfalls mentioned on our site is done at your exclusive risk. Nature is inherently unpredictable, and conditions may change rapidly. Fresh Group I.K.E., its founders, and creators bear zero responsibility or liability for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from your travels based on our content.
6. Affiliates & Third Parties
Freshrove may include affiliate links to third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, activity operators). Any booking or purchase made through these links is subject to that specific provider's terms. We are not responsible for payment processing, cancellations, or the quality of services provided by external partners.
7. Amendments & Governing Law
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kavala, Greece.
